For the uncommitted high school baseball player
From Uncommitted
To Committed
1,689 programs. 6,844 college coaches. His highlight video in their inbox tonight.
Your travel coach said he would make some calls. That was in November. This is the system that stops the waiting and puts your son in front of the people who actually decide.
Free profile. No card. 39 items, a completeness ring, and a public page a coach can open on his phone.
The cost of doing nothing
The plan you are on right now has a price too
Nobody sends you an invoice for it, so it never gets added up. Here it is added up.
About 17 hours of your evenings
Look up the program. Find the staff page. Work out which assistant handles the position. Dig out the email. Write it down. Five minutes a coach on a good day, and that is if the page is current. A 200 coach target list built by hand is roughly 17 hours of nights you do not get back.
The showcase money that already cleared
The entry fee, the hotel, the gas, the Saturday. Every one of those checks bought exposure to coaches who were standing right there. Then nobody followed up with a single one of them, so the whole weekend became a receipt.
A junior spring that does not come back
The recruiting window is not a season, it is a countdown. Every month spent waiting on somebody else to make a call is a month subtracted from a number that only goes one direction.
Here is the thing no parent says out loud: he was good enough, and nobody ever saw him, and that is on me.
That is said once on this page, because saying it twice would be manipulation. It is also the only part of this whole process that is genuinely in your control.
Straight talk
If I wanted to guarantee your player goes unrecruited, here is exactly what I would have you do
- Post the highlight reel on Twitter. Tag six schools. Wait.
- Pay for the showcase. Do not follow up with a single coach who was there.
- Email the head coach at a program that has never taken a player with his numbers.
- Send it from an address that says bigdaddy2007@.
- Leave the target list to the travel coach, who has fourteen other players and a day job.
- Wait for the highlight video to be perfect. It has been almost done since last summer.
Read that list again. Not one line on it is about how well he hits. That is not a talent problem. That is a process problem, and process is the only half of this you actually control.
How it works
Three steps. Each one has a tool and a curriculum behind it.
The honest objection to a product like this is "so it is a database and some software." Here is the answer, step by step.
Build the profile
22 detail fields and 17 checklist items, 39 in all, with a completeness ring that moves while you sit there. It ends in a public page at your own URL that a coach can open from a phone.
Find the targets
The Recruiting Vault. 1,689 college baseball programs and 6,844 coaches with real emails and phone numbers, filtered down to the programs where his numbers actually fit.
Run the process
The AI Outreach Desk writes the draft. You open it in your own Gmail and press send. Every profile link is tracked, so you can see which coaches clicked.

Proof
From uncommitted to committed. Ten of them, on the record.
Real players, real commitments, D1 through JUCO, every quote on file with signed consent, shown with first name and class year. And the numbers below them are still counts, and a count is either right or it is a correctable error. So count them.

You can check the rows are real before you pay us a dollar
A free account sees the directory: the school, the coach, the role. The email address is masked until you upgrade. That is deliberate. It means you get to confirm the inventory exists first, instead of taking our word for what is behind the wall.

A page a coach can actually open
Every athlete gets a public page at his own URL. Drop it in a bio, drop it at the bottom of an email, text it to a coach in the parking lot. It loads on a phone and it does not ask him to make an account.

You see which coaches clicked
Every profile link carries a tracking code, so the click shows up on your dashboard the moment it happens, and the outreach ledger shows which coach, which email, and when. Straight answer on the limit of that: we can show you clicks, we cannot show you opens. Anyone selling you email open tracking on a Gmail draft is selling you a pixel that never fires.

The offer: The Recruiting Roadmap
What you get the second you pay
Everything below is live today. Nothing on this list is coming soon, nothing unlocks in week three, and nothing here is a promise about content that has not been written.
The Recruiting Vault
1,689 college baseball programs and 6,844 coaches, with real email addresses and phone numbers, filtered to the programs where his numbers actually fit.
So that you stop guessing which schools to email. So that the list he works from is the actual staff at the actual programs. So that nobody in your house spends another Sunday night on a college athletics staff directory.
Anchor: about 17 hours of evenings to build 200 of these by hand. They are already found.
The Profile Blueprint
15 lessons. Every field, every checklist item, what a coach reads first and what he skips straight past.
So that the profile is built right the first time. So that nobody burns a season wondering why the link gets clicked and nothing ever happens after it.
Anchor: this is the difference between a page a coach opens and a page a coach closes.
The Studio
12 lessons on the highlight video. What to film, what to cut, what order it goes in, how long it runs, and the point at which a coach stops watching.
So that the highlight video stops being the thing that has been almost done since last summer.
Anchor: the highlight video is the one asset every program asks for and the one nobody in the house knows how to make.
The Diamond 7
9 lessons. A start here lesson, the seven innings of a recruiting process from first contact to signature, and extra innings for the ones that go long.
So that you are running a process instead of reacting to whoever happens to call.
Anchor: a process you can see written down is a process a 16 year old can actually run.
The AI Outreach Desk
Drafts written for you, opened straight into your own Gmail, with every profile link tracked so you know which coaches clicked. You press send, from your address, which is exactly why it lands.
So that the first email goes out tonight instead of this weekend, for the ninth weekend running.
Anchor: the blank page is the real reason those emails never got sent. It is not the address.
The profile a coach can actually open
39 items, a completeness ring, a public page at your own URL, and the highlight video field that only paid accounts get.
So that when a coach does click, there is something on the other end worth the click.
Anchor: the link is the ask. Everything upstream of it is wasted if the page is thin.
The free diagnostic tools
The Eligibility Calculator and Find Your Level. Both live, both free, both free whether you ever pay us or not.
So that you know which division is realistic before you spend a season emailing programs that were never going to call back.
Anchor: the page that gives away the diagnosis is not the page hiding the ball.
Plus 6,844 coach records and 1,689 programs. All of it open the minute the payment clears.
The price
No invented value tags. Here is what it costs.
You will not find a made up "total value" number on this page. One product, The Recruiting Roadmap, and two ways to buy it: real prices, with the enrollment fee shown in the open so the comparison is honest. Every number on this page is a price players actually paid.
The Recruit
- The Recruiting Vault: contact details for 15 new coaches a day
- AI first-introduction drafts, copy and paste into your own email
- Contacted-coaches list and contact stats
- Highlight video field on the public profile
The Commit
- The Recruiting Vault: contact details for 50 new coaches a day
- All three AI templates plus X DMs, one click into your own Gmail
- Click tracking, with an alert the moment a coach opens your page
- The Uncommitted System course: all 36 video lessons, The Studio through The Diamond 7
- Build My List: every program in the country matched to your numbers, with the gap at each one named
- The Coach Click Guarantee
Straight to checkout. The Commit, annual, already selected.
Straight answer on the difference: The Recruit is the do-it-yourself lane, The Commit is the full machine. Same Vault, same directory, same profile. What changes is the firepower: how many coaches open up per day, how the emails get written and sent, and whether you can see coaches clicking.
Every row below is real and enforced in the product. No box is checked for looks.

The guarantee
Three guarantees, every one written down
Keep Your Work
Your player's profile is yours. Even if you cancel.
Cancel any time and the profile stays. The athlete page at your own link, the headshot, the video, the measurables, the checklist progress and the target list you built all stay in your account on the free plan, for as long as you want them. Coaches can still open the link.
What you lose when you cancel is the paid tools, the coach contact details, the courses, the AI drafting and the analytics. What you built, you keep.
We do not hold your player's profile hostage to make you renew.
The 30-Day Walk-Away
30 days. If it is not for you, write us and we send it back.
Try everything for 30 days. If you decide it is not for your family, email support@uncommittedu.com within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it. No form to fill out, no phone call, no talking you out of it.
That includes the $67 enrollment fee. Every dollar you paid on day one comes back.
After 30 days you can still cancel any time from your account settings and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
The Coach Click Guarantee | The Commit only
Work the process, and it works, or you get every dollar back.
Get your profile to 100% and send 50 tracked emails inside 90 days. If not one coach ever clicks your link, we refund every dollar.
The conditions, all of them, right here: the 90 days run from your first payment. "Profile to 100%" means the completeness ring on your dashboard reads 100. "Tracked emails" means 50 outreach emails sent through the Outreach Desk carrying your tracked profile link, to 50 different coaches. Both numbers sit on your dashboard the whole time, so you always know exactly where you stand, and so do we. No judgment calls, no fine print doing quiet work.
This guarantee comes with The Commit. Tracked emails are a Commit feature; The Recruit's copy-and-paste emails carry a plain link, so there is nothing to measure a claim against. The Recruit keeps the full 30-Day Walk-Away and Keep Your Work guarantees.
If you hit both marks and no coach ever clicked, email support@uncommittedu.com and we refund everything you paid, enrollment fee included. One claim per player.
Fair questions
The things you are actually thinking
Written to the parent, because the parent pays.
Is this just a list I could Google?
You could. Look up the program, find the staff page, work out which assistant covers the position, dig out the address, write it down. Five minutes a coach on a good day. Two hundred coaches is about 17 hours of your evenings, and that is before anybody writes an actual email.
The second half of the answer matters more: the list is one of the things you get. The other three are 36 lessons that tell you what to do with it, an outreach desk that writes the first draft, and a profile worth sending people to.
Do you contact coaches for us?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The draft gets written for you and opens in your own Gmail. You press send. It goes from your family's address, which is exactly why it lands in an inbox instead of a filter.
Same honesty on tracking: on The Commit you will see which coaches clicked the profile link. You will not see who opened the email, because that measurement does not work in a Gmail draft and anyone telling you it does is selling you something that does not fire.
What if he commits next month?
Then it worked, and you cancel. The keep your work guarantee means the profile, the page, the headshot, the video link and the target list all stay yours on the free tier.
What is actually different between The Recruit and The Commit?
The Recruit is the do-it-yourself lane: the full directory, contact details for 15 new coaches a day, the first-introduction AI template, and you copy and paste the email yourself. The Commit is the full machine: all three templates plus X DMs, one click into your own Gmail, click tracking with alerts, bulk drafting, all 36 lessons, Build My List, 50 coaches a day, and it is the only plan that carries The Coach Click Guarantee. The full row-by-row table is up in the pricing section, and every row in it is enforced in the product.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from inside the account, in the billing screen, without emailing anybody for permission. After 30 days you can still cancel any time from your account settings and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
My son is a sophomore. Is it too early?
The profile is free, so build it now either way. The work that takes the longest, the highlight video and the target list, is the work you want finished before his junior spring rather than during it.
Qualification
Who this is not for
Four honest ways this is the wrong purchase. No cap, no closing doors, just a bad fit.
- He is already committed. Save your money.
- He will not send the emails himself. We remove the blank page, we do not remove the sending.
- You want somebody to phone coaches on your behalf. That is a different service at a different price and it is not this one.
- You want a guarantee that he gets a scholarship. Nobody can sell you that, and the ones who imply it are the reason you are suspicious of this page.
The calendar you do not control
The clock is the NCAA's, not ours
We are not going to run a countdown at you. The real deadlines in this sport are published by somebody else, and they are the only ones worth planning around.
Dead period begins
Coaches cannot have in person contact. Anything that was going to be sent should already be sitting in the inbox before this date, not after it.
Contact period opens
The window where the reply you are waiting on can actually turn into a conversation. Being on the list before it opens is the whole point.
Signing date
The classes ahead of his fill up here. Roster spots taken in this window are not open again next month.
Source: the NCAA's own Division I Baseball 2026-27 Recruiting Calendar, updated July 30, 2026, and the 2026-27 NCAA Division I Signing Dates. Verified 2026-08-10. Re-verified before every page revision.
The only countdown on this page is subtraction
If he is a 2027 graduate, count the months between today and the month his class signs. That is the number. It is not a marketing device, it is arithmetic, and it does not reset when you refresh the page.
What you cannot buy back is the front half of it. The highlight video, the profile and the target list all take time to build, and they are worth the most the earlier they exist.
What this used to cost
Everything, open the minute it clears
Every course here was sold on its own, at its own price, for 90 days at a time. When the 90 days ran out, you bought it again. These are the prices players actually paid.
The Profile Blueprint
15 lessons. Every field, every checklist item, what a coach reads first and what he skips straight past.
The Studio
12 lessons on the highlight video. What to film, what to cut, what order it goes in, how long it runs, and the point at which a coach stops watching.
The Diamond 7
9 lessons. The seven innings of a recruiting process, from first contact to signature, and extra innings for the ones that go long.
The AI Outreach Desk and The Recruiting Vault
1,689 college baseball programs and 6,844 coaches, with real email addresses and phone numbers.
We know the minute a coach changes schools, gets promoted, gets hired or retires, so you are never emailing an address nobody reads anymore. Nobody else's contact data is this current.
And that understates it. Every course was 90 days with a forced rebuy. Membership holds all of them all year. Some of it you only need once: you learn to cut your highlight video, you are done. You still paid $197 to keep it for 90 days. Not anymore.
New this year
Never sold separately, so there is no old price to put on them
These were built this year and have only ever existed inside the membership. There is no standalone price for them because they were never sold on their own, and we are not about to invent one.
The upgraded player profile
Custom "what to share" buttons and the evaluation points college coaches actually use, built from a survey of 212 college coaches, JUCO to D1. Fill it to 100% and no coach is left with an unanswered question.
Checklists that answer the questions first
The questions a coach was going to ask, answered on the page before he has to ask them.
Targeted Schools list and Contacted Coaches ledger
What you sent, when, and where it went. Then a notification the moment a coach clicks your profile, and every click after it. The play: he opened your profile three times this week, so you send him your weekend schedule.
The email, written and loaded
AI writes the email and one click opens your own Gmail with the address, subject and body already in it. You proofread it and you send it.
Eligibility Calculator and Find Your Level
Stop contacting schools he cannot play for. Both stay free whether you ever pay us or not.
Why it is not $1,635
The courses teach you the system. The software runs it every day. One dashboard costs us less to run than four separate products ever did. The difference goes back into the price.
The Commit | $347 for the year, or $37 a month
Enrollment fee waived on the annual plan. Keep your work if you cancel. 30 days to change your mind, terms above.
Straight to checkout. The Commit, annual, already selected.
Not ready
Then go build the free profile. It costs nothing and it is the same profile.
No card, no trial that turns into a bill. 39 items, the completeness ring, and a public page a coach can open tonight. The paid side is still here when you want it, and everything you build now carries straight over.
